Super folded GFP fused with a kozak sequence to enhance its expression in eukaryotic cells. To be used with an eukaryotic expression system such as pSC2+ (BBa_K812000) and related parts. This part is in pSB1C3.


This part was characterized in pCS2+ BBa_K812000 which contains the CMV promoter .
