The terminator is in the standard backbone pSB1C3. Note: it is useful to use TBE1X instead of TAE1X to make screening gels of such small fragments.
Source
This part comes from BBa_E0840 that contains BBa_B0015, a double terminator in which BBa_B0010 is the second one. An extraction PCR has been used to isolate this terminator, that then has been inserted in pSB1C3.
