RBS-lsrR-lsrK

LsrR is the repressor of the lsr operon and itself.


LsrK is the kinase. LsrK phosphorylates AI2 and Phospho-AI2 relieves LsrR repression.


In BBa_K649101, lsrK has flame shift mutation. Therefore we made this part containing correct lsrK.
