Applications of BBa_K609002

1.In order to test the biobrick, we ligate the part with nisI, which is the part BBa_K609004, and the E.coli-Lactococcus lactis shuttle plasmid pMG36e(the erythromycin resistance gene will be knocked off later). The figures below show the recombinant plasmid and the result of ligation separately.
