Halorhodopsin complete system
Halorhodopsin gene,light-driven ion pump, allow chloride ion to be pumped in by the light input. The mechanism can be refered to BBa_K559000.
Halorhodopsin gene is under regulation by constitute T7 promoter to allow protein coding to be maximized. The details can be refered to BBa_K559001.
