This part used BBa_E0034 EYFP. However, in our experiments we used the newer BBa_K592101 YFP which had been codon optimized for expression in yeast. It also works well in E.coli. As a result, parts with BBa_K592101 show higher fluorescent activity when measured, probably due to better expression. |
