RBS measurement device J23100 B0033 YFP

This device was used to determine BBa_B0033 strength relative to BBa_B0034.

The device consists of BBa_K299503 expression vector J23100+B0033. E0030 YFP was used as reporter protein.

Using this construct we have determined that strength of BBa_B0033 with YFP is 29,79% relative to BBa_B0034 with YFP.
