PlasB_RFP-LVA
RFP with LVA-tag under transcriptional control of the lasB promoter. In the presence of autoinducermolecule(AI) also called HSL the lasB promoter is induced by LasR. HSL can either be produced by LasI or added to the medium. The RFP has a taq, so it will be degraded faster compared to RFP without LVA-tag.
