Applications of BBa_K523010
Trieste 2012 Team independently improve the same B-Glucosidase that was used by the past Team (BBa_K553005, BBa_K553006) with similar method that is provided in the BBa_K875000. The composit part BBa_J23100, BBa_B0034, B-Glucosidase, BBa_B0015 was tested in M9 minimal media with 0,1% cellobiose. The growth has been checked each day for 7 days and DH5alfa E.coli was used as control. As shown in this graph the enzyme promote a slow but significant growth.
