Applications of BBa_K106697

Team Tuebingen 2015 decided to make this vector backbone Biobrick compatible (RFC10). You can find that part here: Part:BBa_K1680015. Additionally, we added two more vectors of the pRS vector series with differen auxotrophic markers, pRS313 (Part:BBa_K1680014) and pRS316 (Part:BBa_K1680016), both compatible with Biobrick standard RFC10.

Tianjin iGEM

The 2010 Tianjin iGEM team used this part to construct a plasmid which has FLO10 gene regulated by the promoter lexAop-fig1. Our result showed that this part is ok at least in the region of lexAop-fig1 promoter.; UNIQ0504b5e988e9ea40-partinfo-00000002-QINU
