targeted regulation of GFP by sRNAs: micF, micA, gadY. sRNAs expressed under lac promoter.

This part is the 5' UTR of OmpA. It is the target site for sRNA micA, and is downregulated when micA is expressed.

Use in conjuction with micA sRNA (BBa_K310000)
