pWRE_SV40 L4R1 MammoBlock Entry Vector
L4R1 MammoBlock Promoter Vector. Synthetic construct consisting of a concatenation of the following elements:
- The Wnt-Responsive Element from the Lef1 promoter
- SV40 minimal constitutive promoter.
Wnt has been shown to be heavily involved in many transduction pathways induced by mechanical stress. The WRE motif is suspected of being able to offer mechanosensitivity to synthetic promoters, particularly to adhesion and strain.
