signal transmission assay device

This is a device that aims to test the fuction of the loading sequence of RNA phage MS2, BBa_K313010.

The loading sequence-and-replicase-deficient version of the MS2 phage from the part BBa_K313036 will load the mRNA transcribed from this part, and transmit the information of GFP to the cells which the MS2 phage infects.
