Rubredoxin
Facilitates the transfer of electrons from NADH to rubredoxin reductase in the alkane hydroxylase system of Gordonia sp.TF6. Together with Medium-Chain Alkane Monooxygenase, Rubredoxin 4 and Rubredoxin Reductase it forms the minimal component alkane hydroxylase system. For more information see the references below.
