Design Notes

All BioBrick parts used for assembling the composite part are compatible with the RFC10 Biobrick standard. Fusion of two parts was conducted following the proposed BioBrick Assembly Strategy (https://parts.igem.org/Assembly:Standard_assembly). Since the gene of interest was designed in the RFC25 standard, BioBrick assembly leads to a scar and the additional restriction enzymes NgoMIV and AgeI.
