Hin invertase assay device

This is a device that aims to test the recombination ability of the Hin DNA invertase.

Two hixCs are arranged so that the intermediate double terminator is cut out and the RFP begins to express when Hin is expressed. So, this unit can be used as a detector of Hin, because cells with this construct will survive in the medium with tetracycline only when the cells express Hin.
