CMV_TetO2
CMV Promoter with Tet Operator (TetO2) (BB-2, RFC12). We testet this part in context of Part BBa_K337038 by transfecting it into Hek-Trex cells, having a CMV driven TetR construct stably integrated. A complete knockdown was observed (value K3), whereas the RSV and CMV showed a stable and high expression.
