Origin for Asaia and resistance to Tetracycline

This BioBrick consists of two origins of replication, one for Asaia and one for E. coli, (BBa_K320000) and a resistance to Tetracycline (BBa_P1005) . It was designed to be inserted into (BBa_I51020).

Usage and Biology

This BioBrick can be used in E.Coli and also in Asaia to make the bacteria resistant to tetracycline.
