LuxR protein generator without transcriptional terminator. LuxR (with weak RBS BBa_B0031) is under a medium constitutive promoter (BBa_J23119).
We have designed several LuxR generators, using different promoters and RBS (see BBa_K329001, BBa_K329026, BBa_K329064, BBa_K329063 and BBa_K329065).
