This is expression vector containing {{{RBS}}} under {{{promoter}}} promoter. It can be used for easily expression of any protein-encoding BioBrick in RFC10 format.

Construct design

The device consists of {{{promoter}}} promoter followed by {{{RBS}}} RBS. Device was created by annealing of synthetic complementary oligonucleotides followed by subsequent cloning into pSB1A2 vector.

Expression strength

Expression strength of this device is based on measurements of [http://2010.igem.org/Team:Warsaw/Stage1/PromMeas promoter strength] and [http://2010.igem.org/Team:Warsaw/Stage1/RBSMeas RBS performance] done by Team Warsaw 2010.

It's estimated to be {{{strength}}} relative to BBa_K299509, the strongest ExpressIt! vector.
