Constutitive promoter(BBa_J23116)+RBS+MerR(BBa_K346001)
This part is composed of constutitive promoter BBa_J23116 and transcription factor MerR. It can regulate PmerT to represent a dose-response manner to response to Hg(II) concentration. We used the structure along with PmerT-RBS-GFP to see under the constant MerR concentration level how GFP expression vary according to the Hg(II) concentration.
