RFP-BA-BbsI (for construction of BA BioBytes 2.0)

Test plasmid for the construction of new Bytes-v2. The RFP cassette can be removed using the BbsI enzyme and a new ORF or cassette may be inserted into the plasmid allowing for testing of the part with the BioBytes Assembly System-v2.
