Measurement system for BBa_K300094

This part was built to quantify the affinity and binding activity of a head (BBa_K300002) and internal domain (BBa_K300003) phasin separed by by a flexible protein domain linker (BBa_K105012) to polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) granules. It can be also be used as a device for low cost purification of recombinant proteins.
