Weak RBS (B0031) - Tetracycline resistance protein TetA(C) (J31007)

Tetracycline resistance protein (TetA(C) inner-membrane-associated protein BBa_J31007) with a Weak RBS upstream (BBa_B0031). However, overexpression of TetA(C) is detrimental to cell growth.
We have designed several translational units for TetA(C) (see BBa_K329000, BBa_K329003).
