AarI C-D part, 3xSTOP-FKBP
Stop codons, flanked by AarI CD sites.
Usage and Biology
The purpose of this part is to insert stop codons in 3 different reading frames into the C-D position of an AarI fusion contruct. The FKBP domain comes after the stop codons, and is only included to facilitate extraction and ligation of this part.
Documentation and characterization
This construct was used to express the DOR receptor without a C-terminal fusion, described here:
