Experiment Condition
- AHL concentration of medium : 100 nM
- Time when we observed mRFP fluorescence : 24 h (since we permeated AHL to this RFP)
- medium : 1(left) or 5%(right) agar and 10 mL of LB-Amp, Cm medium
