Cleavable Flexible Protein Linker(GISS+TEV site)
Usage and Biology
In order to prove the success of the surface membrane display system, we designed a cleavable flexible protein linker: GISS+TEV site, which can be treated with TEV enzyme to separate the passenger protein displayed outside the membrane from OmpA, which is used to verify the success of the surface membrane display.
