spNW15 expression pathway (T7)

This pathway expresses the SpyCatcher-NW15-SpyTag fusion protein under IPTG induction, achieving self-cyclization of NW15 to construct nanodiscs.


Usage and Biology

We used this pathway to express spNW15 by using T7 expression system in E.coli, and the expression of spNW15 can be induced by IPTG. For more information on spNW15, go to BBa_K5301013.
