This part is in RFC12 format to accommodate fusion proteins.
Source
Both INPNC and the proteolytic cleavage sequence were sequenced by Mr. Gene. INPNC originates from Pseudomonas syringae and the cleavage sequence was taken from the first 37 amino acids in the phaZ1 gene.
