Usage and Biology

This part is a modified form of the Anderson Collections RBS B0034. Additional nucleotides have been added to the 5’ and 3’ ends of the RBS, the sequence of which is AAGAGGAGA. The purpose of these additional nucleotides is to mimic the spacing created by the RCF10 assembly scars.
