Applications of BBa_K5382150
Extrudable outer membrane vesicles containing Cas9 RNP were delivered into HeLa cells, and the gene-editing activity of prepared OMV-Cas9 RNP was compared with commercial liposomal transfection reagents by T7E1 assay (FIG. 1).

The results of cutting the target gene showed that the prepared OMV-Cas9 RNP had similar genome editing activity to the commercial liposome transfection reagent, both of which were about 40%.
