SpyCatcher-VDAL-CPPs (R9-Tag)
Spycatcher-VDAL-CPPs is a plant immune-activating protein engineered to contain a Spycatcher tag and an R9 cell-penetrating peptide. It can penetrate plant cell membranes and induce an ETI response intracellularly.During the experiment, we successfully constructed the fusion protein and verified its function at the molecular level. Additionally, we confirmed its immunomodulatory activity using DAB-based reactive oxygen species staining.
