The part is inserted in BB-NIC-II-HisN vector (BBa_K245005) and can be assembled with other parts according to assembly standard 37.  Composite parts were assembled (iGEM 2009, team Slovenia) by cutting front inserts with EcoRI and BspEI and front vectors with EcoRI and NgoMIV,  thus forming RFC 37 Scar Sequence (BBa_K245009) beween separate parts.
