Applications of BBa_K245046
CcdB serves as positive selection marker since it is lethal to almost all BioBrick cell strains (E.coli DB3.1 strain is an exeption). While inserting BioBrick parts in plasmid, there exist a possibility of contamination of ligation mixture with uncut vector.
