mCherry fluorescent protein - Rights owned by Clontech. Sequence is commercially available from Clontech. Sequence obtained through PCR amplification, with BioBrick prefix and suffix added through specially designed primers.
N.B. This part has not been submitted to the registry, as the rights to mCherry are commercially owned by Clontech.
