We added this part into the middle of the td intron, informing the circular RNAs (cmRNA) and allowing limitless translation of TRn5, to obtain proteins with various long tandem repeats. Thus, we could obtain proteins with exceptional self-healing properties.
Given the positive correlation between number of repeat units and magnitude of cohesive force, we used TRn5 as special materials to realize self-healing.
