Introduction

This composite part is composed of Rv Dsup and ribozyme-assisted polycistronic co-expression system:pRAP. Dsup is a nucleosome-binding protein that helps protect DNA from radiation damage. It was discovered in the Tardigrade Species Ramazzottius Varieornatus .

Usage and Biology

We constructed Rv Dsup into pRAP to endow E. coli with anti-UV capability.
