Ptra
TraR protein forms a complex with its signaling molecule. This complex binds to the Ptra promoter, increasing the rate of transcription. Compared with BBa_K553002, we have truncated the sequence to 76 bp, including the tra box II、-35 sequences、-10 sequences and an RBS.
