Design Notes

ScaS/EnvZ fusion was designed by combining the light receptor domain of ScaS (phytochrome from Synechocystis sp PCC 6803) and EnvZ. I mean that I changed the kinase domain of ScaS to EnvZ to make it work in E coli.
