This part is the 5’ arm for hsa-mir-146a (BBa_K4683025). It is the reverse complement to the 5’ half of the target miRNA. The 5’ arm is used, along with its 3’ arm (BBa_K4683026) in the hsa-mir-146a RCA Padlock Probe (BBa_K4683028).
