"CEN(Centromere)・・・ With this, DNA can be distributed to sister cells.

ARS(Autonomously replicating sequence)・・・ It is yeast’s replication origin.

The vector which has CEN and ARS is duplicated one time in one cell division and distributed to sister cells. So, its copy number keeps one.
