Our switches, BBa_K4642021, BBa_K4642005, BBa_K4642028 and BBa_K4642014 are multiplexed allowing us to detect 4 diseases at once. Each switch has their own binding site and reporter protein depending on the condition the switch is designed to detect. This composite part is a recreation of this circuit with synthesis regions for associated anti-miRNA of the switches.
