YcjQ Donor

YcjQ Donor is exogenous DNA used by cells as a template for homologous recombination repair (HDR) after SgRNA and Cas9 complexes have caused DNA double-strand breaks at the target site.

The genes at both end of the YcjQ gene were selected as the upper and downer homology arms, which were amplified separately, purified and recovered, then joined by overlap to obtain the YcjQ Donor.
