pvc13 NTD-3*GGSGG-CKGGRAKDC-3*GGSGG-pvc13 CTD
A flexible linker which can influence the structure of tail fiber connected to the CKGGRAKDC.
Profile
Name:pvc13_NTD-3*GGGSG-CKGGRAKDC-3*GGGSG-pvc13_CTD
Base Pairs: 1422bp
Origin: Synthetic
Properties: A flexible linker which can influence the structure of tail fiber connected to the CKGGRAKDC.
Usage and Biology
As an indispensable component of recombinant fusion proteins, linkers have shown increasing importance in the construction of bioactive fusion proteins.[1] (GGGGS)n is a commonly used flexible linker.[1] Here, we use (GGGGS)3 to influence the structure of tail fiber connected to the CKGGRAKDC. Special Design
Extend the flexible linker on both sides of the CKGGRAKDC to make the CKGGRAKDC more visibly exposed, which in turn facilitates more precise targeting of adipocytes.
