Applications of BBa_K4726001

We were able to express this part using a standard IPTG induction protocol. Cells were incubated for 18 hours overnight at 26 °C. Under our protocol, we were able to see significant overproduction of proteins. We were however not able to test its efficiency due to time constraints.
