Design Notes

  • The plasmid with the promoter inserts was ordered from Addgene, Cambridge (USA):Plasmid 11979, pJC6-GL3
  • We used the following primers with BBb_standard for the amplification and isolation of the c-Jun promoter:
    • primer forward: 5'-GATCGAATTCGCGGCCGCACTAGTGCATGCCAATTCGAGCTCGG-3'
    • primer reverse: 5'-GATCCTGCAGCGGCCGCGCTAGCATCCAGATCTGGATCCAAGCAG-3'
