We used homologous recombination method to construct plasmids, pcDNA3.1(+)-3×HA-GAL4-VP64-NLS linearized vector can undergo homologous recombination with GAL4 fragment and VP64 fragment to obtain pcDNA3.1(+)-3×HA-GAL4-VP64-NLS plasmid .
