NadE+ADH1 terminator with adaptor
NadE is an NAD synthase. According to William B. Black et al. , this synthase is also used in turning NaMN into NMN.
Length checking of nadE
We use electrophoresis to check the length of the fragment
Overall metabolic pathway of NMN
NadE is involved in the pathway of Astaxanthin production in PTSH-Taiwan's project.
