Here it has been combined with an RBS ([[Part:BBa_B0034 |BBa_B0034]]).Both OtsA and OtsB are required for the production of trehalose, so this BioBrick should be used in combination with the OtsA gene ([[Part:BBa_K200005 |BBa_K200005]]).
