Introduction
Ag3 is a corresponding antigen of Nb3[1] . The interaction between Ag-Nb can mediate specific adhesion of E.coli.
Usage and Biology
The combination of Ag3's single-domain structure and the intimin surface display system allows the entirety of a highly specific, cell surface-bound adhesin to be encoded as a single fusion protein.
